Individual instruction

We offer individual, and highly experienced individual instruction. From Private pilot training through ATPL exam prep.

Our instructors have deep resumes, hundreds of successful recommends, and the history of conducting over 1000 flight tests as a pilot examiner and/or approved type rating check pilot.

While it is technically possible to take an instructor who has no practical or industry experience and develop them to meet the needs of the modern student pilot, the resources and time are rarely if ever committed to this goal. Prior to the Covid crisis, the industry demand was so high that students were unfortunately forced to accept whatever they could get. The difference between this approach and and engaging the services of a professionally developed, industry experienced, and properly resourced instructor, is mammoth. You save time, money, frustration, and you will never accept less. Your confidence, career, and possibly even your safety deserve it. FTU services

BetterPilots offers a complete digital (online or offline) learning solution for your organization. We have a fully operational Learning Management System (LMS) platform that can be put to work for you.

If you are a a small flight training unit wishing to offer online courses to your students, we have them available
If you have existing courses you are wishing to modify or update then offer online, we can solve these problems.
If you have a vision for a full online course from start to finish but lack the technical know-how or are unable to stomach the financial and resource requirements to get this to market, we have a pathway.

AT NO COST.

You can go from no classes or in-person delivery to offering world class, research driven online education, and immediately generate revenue. We design, refine, format and publish to our online LMS. Students can often begin the course immediately. Unless you wish to take the completed courseware to your own LMS, we do this for you at no cost. You approve of the material and immediately get paid from the very first student that you enroll.

Consultation (operations level)

Our team offers consultation, implementation, and/or enterprise level management for a number of critically important processes for a future minded organization. We have Academic and operational experience in the following:

Courseware and instructor development

Our team offers the following services to flight training units, or any organization that are responsible for pilot training (private, corporate, charter, etc.)

Advanced courseware design. This includes an in-house 3d animation studio, post-graduate level instructional designers, and experienced learning management professionals.
Program evaluation. BetterPilots has established an industry validation committee (IVC) that has amassed over 100,000 hours of operational commercial and military flying. Nearly every conceivable type of flying has been experienced by the IVC; corporate/VVIP, airline, fire suppression, special operations, arctic/antarctic, river/lake/ocean seaplane, etc. If you are wondering if your training is relevant, we have a bank of professionals we routinely consult with to validate our products.
